Gregory Gabler is a veteran and the CEO of Platinum Home Services, proudly serving Shreveport, Bossier City, and the surrounding communities 24/7. Gregory’s path to leadership was shaped by responsibility at the highest level—combat experience, then years in the trades working as a plumber, foreman, and superintendent—combined with countless hours of training on teams, service, and the customer experience.

To Gregory, the job is bigger than fixing a problem. It’s protecting families and their property through prevention. That is why Platinum Home Services is built around proactive inspections, clear options, and permanent solutions—especially through the Platinum Whole Home Protection Plan (Platinum Club Membership).

Gregory is driven to improve three things every day: the quality of the work, the customer experience, and the experience of the service provider. He believes that when you build the hardest-working team—and that team knows they are unstoppable—they create a service experience that not only wows customers, but also delivers the absolute best product.

He lives by a simple standard: "there is always a way it is simple and easy we will find it". Gregory also credits his wife, Krissy Gabler—God’s greatest gift and his inspiration—for the courage and strength to pursue excellence with humility and gratitude.

Krissy Gabler

I’ve always been naturally focused, driven, and the kind of person who happily steps up and takes charge. My management career kicked off in my early 20s thanks to opportunities with locally owned businesses, and I’ve been off to the races ever since. I genuinely love corralling the chaos and keeping things running smoothly (organized fun is my specialty).

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me cooking, spending time with family, hiking, traveling, or chasing new adventures with my husband. We work hard, so we fully believe in seeing the world and recharging whenever we can.

What I love most about our company is our team—watching everyone support each other while hitting goals both personally and professionally is incredibly rewarding. Every day, I work to keep our guys in line, our office focused, and our customers taken care of, all while keeping the energy positive and the momentum strong.

Franklin Lacy

As the owner of Lightning Electric turned Partner at Platinum Home Services. I built Lightning Electric by doing things differently, showing up, doing quality work, and treating people right. Today, I’ve brought that same standard into my role as a Partner at Platinum Home Services, where we now provide both electrical and plumbing services.

My goal is always to deliver the most permanent solution the first time—quality work that lasts, not quick fixes that lead to repeat problems.

I’m also focused on helping customers protect their home through our Platinum Club Membership, which keeps systems maintained, reduces unexpected repairs, and gives homeowners peace of mind year-round.

I’m a family man and father of five. My faith and values guide how I lead, how I serve customers, and how I run business.
