What We Inspect

We perform a detailed inspection of your plumbing and electrical systems across three major protection categories:

Mechanical System

Complete inspection service of fixtures such as toilets, faucets, water heaters, and related components (Up to 3 restrooms). Inspection of the functional operation of the electrical system throughout the home to ensure proper use, reliability, and longevity.

Safety System

Complete inspection of all accessible supply lines and isolation systems that are leading causes of flood and leak damage. Identification of conditions that could lead to electrical failure, fire risk, or personal injury within your electrical system.

Performance System

Testing the performance of waste and drainage lines, total water supply pressure, and system longevity. Evaluation of overall power delivery, load balance, and system stability to ensure reliable operation throughout the home.
