These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platinum Home Services website and services. By accessing our website, requesting service, enrolling in a membership, or communicating with our team, you agree to these Terms.

Platinum Home Services provides plumbing, electrical, water well, and water treatment services in Shreveport, Bossier City, and surrounding communities.

1. Services Provided

Platinum Home Services offers residential and light commercial services including, but not limited to:

  • Plumbing services

  • Electrical services

  • Water well services

  • Water treatment services

  • Generator services

  • Panel upgrades

  • Drain and sewer services

  • Water heater installation and maintenance

  • Membership-based maintenance plans

All services are subject to availability, technician scheduling, and geographic service radius.

Emergency service is available 24/7; response time is not guaranteed.

2. Estimates & Pricing

We provide upfront pricing before work begins. By approving an estimate, you authorize Platinum Home Services to perform the described work at the agreed-upon price.

Pricing may vary if:

  • Hidden conditions are discovered

  • Code requirements require upgrades

  • Additional repairs are necessary

  • The scope of work changes

Any additional work will require customer approval before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved forms of payment including major credit cards and financing options where available.

If payment is not received, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend ongoing work

  • Decline future service

  • Pursue lawful collection remedies

4. Financing

Financing options may be available through third-party providers. Approval, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined solely by the financing provider.

Platinum Home Services is not responsible for third-party lending decisions or terms.

5. Platinum Whole Home Protection Plan (Membership Terms)

Membership plans (Platinum Club Membership and Platinum Level Plan) are recurring service agreements.

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Recurring billing (monthly or annual)

  • Scheduled inspection and maintenance services

  • Membership benefits as outlined at time of enrollment

Membership cancellations must be requested by contacting our office. Cancellation terms may include notice requirements prior to billing renewal.

Membership benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable without written approval.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property

  • Secure pets during service

  • Disclose known hazards or prior system issues

  • Provide accurate contact and billing information

We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe.

7. Warranties & Limitations

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranties vary by service and product installed.

Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment where applicable.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing system failures

  • Customer misuse or neglect

  • Acts of God, weather damage, or natural disasters

  • Damage caused by third parties

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided.

8. Website Use

  • Government restrictions

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from services provided shall first be addressed through direct communication with our office.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
