The installer Jerry, and Bacon were not only gentleman but that displayed customer service that truly won me over. We just bought a house with no idea of the troubles with the plumbing and everything else. It was a total disaster. I looked on Angi for plumbers and Platinum Plumbing stuck out, we called, they came out and did their inspection...it's worse than we imagined. They gave quotes on everything, we picked the Platinum pkg and they completed the work the same day. Amazing! Greg, Charles and Nathan worked all day and into the evening to get the job done.
